Classes that provide some general application functions.

CApp	A CWinApp extension which saves the application settings in an INI file instead of the Windows' registry.
CAppItem	This class represents an application item for applications which can load application items from DLLs.
CAppModule	This class represents an application module made by a DLL which provides a set of application items.
CApplication	A CWinApp derived class with some useful functions.
CCommand	Helper class for the Undo-Redo framework.
